PRINCIPAL - RE & DEVELOPMENT

Born and raised in Portland, Dustin is well-versed in the up-and-coming PDX neighborhoods. Dustin has over 10 years of experience in new home construction and remodeling.

He has a deep understanding of what makes a quality home and has worked behind the scenes on interior concepts and designs for award-winning Street of Dream homes.

In his spare time, Dustin is a competitive marathon runner, surfs on the Oregon coast, snowboards on Mt. Hood, and volunteers at local charity organizations and events.

PRINCIPAL - FINANCE & OPS

Jason has been investing in the Portland market since 2014. He has extensive expertise in Corporate Finance, Operations, and Purchasing at Fortune 500 companies that he brings to this partnership.

He brings an analytical lens to the projects, through detailed research, financial modeling, and works with investors to ensure projects fit their philosophy and risk profile.

In his spare time, Jason nerds out on spreadsheets, and hones his photography skills.
